چکیده

We present a progress report on the calculation of the K → ππ weak matrix elements on the RBC/UKQCD 2+1 flavor dynamical DWF lattices. For this calculation, the relevant K → π matrix elements are calculated and renormalized in the RI/MOM scheme. We have tried using leading-order chiral perturbation theory to extrapolate the matrix elements and this effort eventually shows the necessity of obtaining the next-to-leading order partially quenched chiral perturbation theory for non-degenerate sea quark masses. The analysis is conducted on 16 3 × 32 lattices.

Preliminary Study of BK on 2+1 flavor DWF lattices from QCDOC

I present some preliminary calculations of B K on 2+1 flavor domain-wall fermion lattices from the QCDOC, including a set of 16 3 × 32 × 8 lattices with a −1 near 1.6 GeV. Although a final result awaits the production of a much longer run, I will compare this preliminary value to previous results.

Probing the chiral limit of Mπ and fπ in 2+1 flavor QCD with domain wall fermions from QCDOC

We present results for the pseudoscalar meson masses and decay constants on 2+1 flavor DWF configurations with different sea quark masses and an inverse lattice spacing of 1.6(1) GeV, with a focus on chiral fits at small quark masses. The calculation is done on 16 3 × 32 × 8 lattices generated with the DBW2 gauge action. Probing the chiral limit of M π and f π in 2+1 flavor QCD with DWF Meifeng...

Kaon Weak Matrix Elements in 2+1 flavor DWF QCD

K → π and K → 0 weak matrix elements of ∆S = 1 operators have been measured in 2+1 flavor domain wall fermion (DWF) QCD on (3 fm)3 lattices with a−1 = 1.73(3) GeV. As is well known, using these matrix elements and chiral perturbation theory allows a determination of the K → ππ matrix elements that enter in the quantitative value for the ∆I = 1/2 rule and ε ′/ε . Two light dynamical sea quark ma...

Chiral condensate and spectral flows on 2+1 flavours Domain Wall QCD from QCDOC

We present measurements of the chiral condensate and topological charge history for 2+1 flavour Domain Wall QCD, and compute spectral flows for the corresponding Hermitian Wilson Dirac operator. We considered several lattice spacings, with the DBW2 and Iwasaki gauge actions and different sea quark masses on a volume of 163×32 and a fifth dimension of size 8. These results show the spectral stru...

Lattice QCD with dynamical domain wall quarks

An obvious source of systematic error in numerical lattice QCD at present is the quenched approximation. Use of domain wall fermion (DWF) [1] dynamical quarks to lift this approximation is attractive because DWF preserve the flavor and chiral symmetries both on and off shell on the lattice before the continuum limit is taken. Evidently successful implementation would bring many advantages, such...
